Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ImZephyy website, content, digital products, 1:1 calls, and coaching services (together, the "Services"), operated by Zeph James, a sole proprietor doing business as "ImZephyy" ("ImZephyy," "we," "us"). By purchasing, booking, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Services

ImZephyy offers three types of paid offerings:

• 1:1 Calls — a single scheduled video call. You select a time and pay in one step through Cal.com's booking checkout.
• Coaching — an ongoing 3–6 month coaching engagement involving scheduled calls and asynchronous support, as described on the relevant sales page at time of purchase.
• Digital Products — downloadable or online-access content delivered electronically after payment.

Specific deliverables, session counts, and terms for each offer are described on that offer's sales page at the time you purchase, and that page is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Payment

Coaching and Digital Products are paid for directly through Stripe at checkout. 1:1 Calls are paid for at the time of booking through Cal.com's checkout (which processes the charge on ImZephyy's behalf). By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the listed price. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. ImZephyy is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

4. Bookings and scheduling

1:1 calls and coaching sessions are scheduled through Cal.com. For 1:1 Calls, selecting a time and paying happen together in a single step. You are responsible for showing up at the scheduled time. Rescheduling and cancellation terms for calls are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No guarantee of results

ImZephyy provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance related to content creation, digital marketing, mindset, and personal development. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, platform algorithms, and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, follower count, revenue, or other result from using the Services. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.

6. Not professional advice

Content and coaching provided through ImZephyy — including any material touching on mindset, spirituality, or personal development — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Services — including digital products, call recordings, written materials, and site content — is owned by ImZephyy or its licensors and is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim authorship of ImZephyy's materials without prior written permission.

8. Client conduct

We reserve the right to decline service, end a coaching engagement, or refuse future bookings to anyone who is abusive, harassing, or otherwise acts in bad faith toward ImZephyy or its staff, without obligation to refund amounts already earned for services rendered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImZephyy's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. ImZephyy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
