Because these topics naturally involve discussion of income and growth, this disclaimer clarifies what we do and don’t promise. It is written to meet the standard set by Canada’s Competition Act, which prohibits materially misleading representations and requires that any performance claim be supported by adequate testing, and to follow US Federal Trade Commission guidance on income claims made by coaches, consultants and course creators, since some of our audience is there.
