Your employer learned how to monetize your skills better than you could, now it’s time for you to do it for yourself
He worked out what your time was worth, paid you a slice of it and kept the rest. That’s the whole arrangement. You already know things people will pay for. Nobody ever showed you how to package it, put it in front of the right people and get paid.

I know exactly where you are
You worked out your real hourly rate once, including the hours you don't get paid for. You've avoided doing that maths ever since.
Everything you're good at, you got good at on someone else's payroll. None of it leaves with you.
You've saved forty reels about starting something of your own. You've watched maybe six. You've started none.
Regular ass people with half your knowledge are out-earning you, and you still can't work out what they know that you don't.
Four years ago I was managing ten dispensaries
Sixteen hour days across Ontario. It paid enough to survive on and left me in debt anyway. I was 24. Before that I’d been homeless, been through two accidents that took multiple surgeries to come back from, and been through addiction. At 17 I told my family I was going to change a million lives. They laughed at me.
Then I watched people who were no smarter than me pulling numbers I couldn’t explain. So I spent months trying to reverse-engineer it off free content. Scraps from one person, tidbits from the next. I got nowhere. Everyone was gatekeeping the part that mattered.
So I paid for the course. Two, three weeks of watching. Then I put it to work.
259,000 followers. Job quit. One to three hours a day filming clips people genuinely watch. Groceries without checking price tags. Meals paid for before I stand up from the table.
People still laugh at me. Their opinions pay my bills now.
My results are not a promise of yours. What you earn depends on your effort, execution and market conditions. See the earnings disclaimer.
Here’s what nobody tells you. The second someone follows you because of you, and then buys from you, the whole thing stops looking difficult. Anyone can do this. But growth costs something, and people who hold out for free never grow. I was one of them for months.
Everyone is about to flood every feed with cheap AI content. Nobody has your voice. Nobody has your story. By 2030 that’s the only edge left worth having.
You’re already arguing with me. Tap each one.
Because most of them are vague theory with no next step. You watched twelve videos and still didn't know what to do on Monday morning. Start with the free guide instead. See the system before you spend anything on it.
I film one to three hours a day. Clips between four seconds and three minutes. That's it. If you're working 50 hours a week you have more time than I did managing ten stores.
I spent months hunting free tips and got nowhere. The information that worked was the information I paid for. Broke people stay broke because they hold out for free. Growth costs something, and it's always cheaper than another year of standing still.
Everybody says this. You've solved problems other people are still stuck on, and what's obvious to you is invisible to you for exactly that reason. Finding it is the first thing we do.
You already know what to do
The only question left is whether you’re willing to do it. Pick a lane and I’ll take you from there.
Not ready to pick either?
